The Summit

There is always a lot going on at Vision Baptist Church without a doubt! I would also say that much of it revolves around world evangelism or missions. One of the very special things that we do every year is called the Summit. As a team of missionaries we began holding this very special conference to try and inspire and motivate everyone to take the next step in their part of world evangelism.

The Summit has evolved into a meeting that is like a winter retreat for the entire church with a special emphasis on fulfilling God’s will for our life. You can get all the information at this site by simply clicking on these words.

The Our Generation Summit is an annual gathering in Gatlinburg, TN, of Christians with a heart for world missions. Pastors and missionaries, teachers and students, businessmen and families join for three days to address the needs of a world waiting for the Gospel.

Located once again at the beautiful Music Road Hotel in the center of action-packed Pigeon Forge, the OG Summit provides a fantastic venue for any church or youth group seeking an easy-to-organize winter retreat filled with excitement and passion for Christ.

Have you heard the special song service at Vision

Below you can click on the icon and listen to a very special worship service at Vision Baptist. Our young people lived the name of God on high in a most wonderful song service. You will love it. Come worship with us.

I praise God for allowing me to work with young people like them!

Mark Coffey’s ministry video

God blessed me many years ago allowing me to work with Mark Coffey. This video goes to the heart and soul of what we believe in and practice at Vision Baptist Church and Vision Baptist Missions. It is what we would love to train you to do at the Our Generation Training Center. Watch and enjoy!

Globality of the Gospel

“The real key to the missionary’s message is the “remissionary” aspect of Christ’s life, not His kindness, His goodness, or even His revealing of the fatherhood of God to us. “. . . repentance and remission of sins should be preached . . . to all nations . . .” ( Luke 24:47 ). The greatest message of limitless importance is that “He Himself is the propitiation for our sins . . . .” The missionary’s message is not nationalistic, favoring nations or individuals; it is “for the whole world.” When the Holy Spirit comes into me, He does not consider my partialities or preferences; He simply brings me into oneness with the Lord Jesus.”
