Chris and Sherry Waye

Chris was saved at the age of twelve because someone reached out to him though the Victory Baptist Church bus ministry, and is now a church planting missionary to the British Isles through Vision Baptist Missions. Chris’s wife is Sherry and they have two children, Lawson and Linden.

Chris has studied through the Training Center at Victory Baptist Church in Loganville, Georgia under Pastor Derik Lawrence. He has served at Victory Baptist in the bus ministry, Junior church ministries, Sunday school as well as helping with the teen department. Sherry also taught at the Christian school. Chris has also had training under Pastor Austin Gardner of Vision Baptist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The Waye Family moved to Arequipa, Peru in 2010 for six months to complete their training in the Training Center. It was actually during this time the God had put in Chris’s heart a burden for the people in the British Isles. Just a few short months after their return, they started deputation.  Chris desires to see the people of the British Isles evangelized as well as trained to carry the gospel not only to each other but also to other countries all over the world.

Mark and Natasha Tolson

Mark Tolson and His wife Natasha are church planting missionaries to China and are sent out of Vision Baptist Church under Vision Baptist Missions. They both received training for the mission field from Pastor Austin Gardner in the Our Generation Training Center, and Mark has also undergone the six month program in Arequipa, Peru. Mark was also on staff at Vision Baptist church as a pastoral assistant and Sunday school teacher and had been working at the church since the its first service.

The Tolson’s have been serving in Harbin, China since August of 2010 alongside Jacob and Stephanie Taube who have been there since 2007. Mark and Natasha have been boldly spreading the gospel as they learn the Chinese language. Mark has even started preaching in Chinese. They have also taken part in a Witnessing Conference, starting a Sunday school in their new church location as well as openly handing out tracts and church invitations. Because it is illegal to do such things in China, these are big steps that both the Tolson’s and Taube’s have taken in their boldness to reach the Chinese people.

As Mark and Natasha continue to learn the language and communicate the truths of God’s Word to those around them, they desire for national men and women to grow strong in their faith and to learn how to continue to share the gospel and train others that the world may know of Jesus Christ.

Travis and Teri Snode

Travis and Teri Snode are serving in Northern Ireland spreading the gospel, planting churches, and training men and women to love and serve God. They also have three children Grant, Darci and Cali.

Before arriving in Ireland, Travis started his training in Bible college where he met Teri. In 2001 He also went to Arequipa, Peru for six months to train under Austin Gardner, pastor of Vision Baptist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia. Travis is currently continuing his education in Evangelism and Church Planting and is due to finish this fall.

The Snodes have been in Derry/Londonderry since June of 2004 where they took over a church for two years. Since then they have started another church and are watching the Lord bless as it continues to grow.

In the future, Travis desires to start a Bible college for the young men and women who desire to further their training in the ministry. Through the training of these individuals, he hopes to not only reach all of Northern Ireland or even all of Ireland itself with the gospel of Jesus Christ, but to reach the United Kingdom in its entirety and see missionaries sent out to other countries all over the world.
