Jonathan and Heather are new to our church. God sent them this very year. They are preparing to be missionaries. Today is Jonathan’s birthday. I wanted to tell him how happy we are that God sent him and his family to Vision.

Jonathan has a very sweet spirit and apparent desire to serve the Lord. We are blessed to have them as members of Vision.

Happy Birthday, Jonathan, know that Vision loves you and thanks God for you!

Jerry and Dee Nye are missionaries to the Caribbean Islands. God has used them over the years. He has been a good friend to me. Right now I need to ask you to be praying for him. He has suffered what appears to have been a mild heart attack. He is in the hospital in Atlanta. They will soon perform open heart surgery on him. Please be in pray for him.

Strange women

Proverbs 6:24-25 To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman. Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.

Get into the Bible and get the Bible into you and it will protect you from sin. Do not just read it but read it with a heart to open it as the Lord brings it to your heart.

There are instructions here that will keep you from getting with the strange woman. The strange woman is any woman except for the wife of your covenant. The strange woman is any one but your wife.
