Acts 8:31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.
God has prepared people waiting on prepared people. God is at work in the hearts of men and women. It is God that convicts and prepares the heart. We have the privilege of coming in and picking fruit that He has prepared.
I want to be prepared, knowing what to say and how to say it.
I want to be prepared, meaning being vigilant on the look out for the person who God is working in.
I want to be prepared to witness to the person that God prepares for me!

They are condemned already. John 3:18
The Creation leaves them without excuse, because it shows them that God does exist. Romans 1:20
Their Conscience shows them that they need this God. Romans 2:15
The Church fulfilling its Great Commission will show them how to get to know this God. 2Corinthians 5:18-20.
a. hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation
b. hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation
