Special Congratulations to Pastor Derik Lawrence

This past Sunday Pastor Derik Lawrence of
Victory Baptist Church in Loganville, Georgia celebrated 15 years of ministry. That is a great milestone and I meant to send flowers or something but I am here in Arequipa, Peru.

Not much of an excuse considering that I could have the Internet but any way.

Please know that we love and respect you, Pastor Lawrence, here at Vision Baptist. I am looking forward to what God will do in and through you over the next 15 years.

God has greatly blessed Victory with a great church, ministry, training center and God has just the right man there as pastor, Derik Lawrence.

Congratulations to Lighthouse Baptist Church

I wanted to take this opportunity to congratulation Pastor Charles Blackstock and the Lighthouse Baptist Church on their 10th year anniversary.

God has greatly used Pastor Blackstock and Lighthouse to impact the area and the world. I highly respect him and all of the ministry there. This past Sunday they turned 10 years old. God has given them great growth and blessing.

Lighthouse Baptist Church know that we here at Vision love you.

Georgia Independent Baptist Preacher’s Fellowship

On November 17, 2009 at 10 am Vision Baptist will host the Georgia Independent Baptist Preacher’s Fellowship. We will be honored to have Pastor Glenn Anderson from Liberty Baptist Tabernacle in Stockbridge. He is also the founder of Atlanta Baptist College and a good friend to our ministry here at Vision.

Pastor Derik Lawrence will be our second preacher for the day. He is the pastor of Victory Baptist Church in Loganville, Georgia.

I am excited that God is giving us this special opportunity.

The moderator of this meeting is Pastor Gary Ledford from University Baptist Church.
